New Staff Members: Mr. Carl Route and Mrs. Starlett Matthew
The Community Council of Metropolitan Atlanta, Inc. (CCMA) proudly announces the election of of two new staff members.
New members are:
Mrs. Starlett Matthew, Executive Director of Community Council of Metropolitan Atlanta, Inc. She is a Project Management specialist with J. Christian International, LLC, brings a wealth of non-profit and public service leadership to CCMA.
Mr. Carl Route, Program Manager of Community Council of Metropolitan Atlanta, Inc. He is noted author and public policy advisor, has been a fixture in the Atlanta non-profit community for years through his expertise and leadership on teen fatherhood and reentry.
According to Norma Joy Barnes, Founder and CEO, “CCMA is celebrating its 10th Anniversary and is excited to have Matthew and Route join the organization in their new day to day roles, helping to shape strategy and drive program execution. They will lead our PROPEL Academy for young men of color and other empowering initiatives of the organization”.
As stated by CCMA Board Chairman, Evan Toulon, “CCMA is poised to take the next step in its leadership role in the Atlanta community with the additions of Starlett and Carl, and there is no more critical time for that to happen than right now. The CCMA board is energized and excited to support Norma and her new team.”
